Registration Terms & Conditions

When you register online for a Show Pass you do so under the terms and conditions set out below.

Payment Terms

All prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds for any online ticket purchase under normal circumstances where the show is able to go ahead, so please make your booking selection carefully.

Show Cancellation/Postponement

If circumstances arise where we are forced to postpone the show we will automatically transfer your tickets to the new dates, but if you prefer you can request a full refund. If the show is cancelled entirely we will issue refunds to all ticket purchasers. Depending on the payment method used we may need to contact you to process your refund.

Minimum Age Limit

Golf Business Expo is a trade-only event and you must be 18 years of age or older to attend. If you are near the age limit we recommend bringing proof of age with you to help ensure your access to the event.

Admission

All visitors will be required to present their ticket upon arrival. This can be printed or on-screen, we just need to be able to scan the included QR code and check that the name on the ticket matches our guest list. You may be required to prove your identity matches the name stated on the ticket. A driving licence, student ID, passport or credit/debit card are all acceptable proof of identity.
